Amy Slade, the First Lady of car modding

It’s still quite rare for ladies to get involved in the modified car scene. Amy Slade is one of those rarities.

Amy’s passion for cars was sparked by her classics-loving dad and brought to life by The Fast & The Furious. After that, she was all about modifying, Japanese cars in particular.

She worked through a string of custom projects, including a multi-award winning Mitsubishi FTO, before arriving at her current pastel blue Nissan Fairlady Z roadster.

Only Motors met Amy to talk about her life, her cars and the doors they’ve opened for her.
